Jurby Junk

When I was on holiday with Mum in the Isle of Man last month, we visited the fascinating Aladdin's cave that is Jurby Junk, out on the industrial estate near the disused Jurby airfield in the north of the island.  We've both been before, but the very nature of the place always means that there is something new to see, and better still, to photograph.  It is safe to say that I had more fun taking photos in here than I did anywhere else on the island....

All photos shot with an iPhone 4S.

Stella herself, owner of this amazing emporium.

Me and the Mandrill Baboon (I had to buy it, too good not to).

One of Stella's many cats, resting on a shelf of badges.

Mum and me.
